With our “Leadership Link” we bring together several international players in leadership and management development: Asianic Psychologists Press (APP), OI Partners Inc. (OIP) and the Management Research Group (MRG). With a great team of local and international trainers we serve global companies operating in China’s cross-cultural arena. With a range of specialist psychometric instruments we ensure that programmes are focused on exactly the development areas which you need to target. And with the MDS 360 online assessment centre you can measure performance before and after our programmes – to ensure that you get value for money.

Leadership Development
With a team of more than 20 professionals in Hong Kong and Beijing MDS is ideally suited to design and deliver major leadership development programmes tailored to your exact need. Recent projects include a People Management Skills programme for 700 senior managers. This was delivered in 12 different countries by our international team. These programmes are also available on a licensed basis.

Growing Great Leaders
Growing Great Leaders is a 3 day programme which melds the power of the MBTI^® leadership profile with one of the world’s most highly regarded 360 degree leadership instruments – the Leadership Effectiveness Analysis^™ (LEA^™ ). The LEA^™ produces a comprehensive 40 page report. Then the 80 page LEA^™ Resource Guide provides a complete self-coaching handbook for leadership development.

The MBTI^® Centre of Excellence
The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI^®) is the world’s most widely used personality indicator. MDS manages APP Beijing and APP Hong Kong, the only licensed provider of the MBTI^® AccreditationAccreditation and FIRO-B^® Accreditation Programmes in these 2 cities. We are also authorised to sell all APP products, including the MBTI^®, Firo-B^® and EQi^®.

The MBTI^® Expert Series
With years of experience in MBTI^® applications MDS delivers a range of expert application programmes using the instrument. Building the Top Team, the flagship programme, has helped dozens of CEO / MDs to greatly raise the performance of the leadership team. Other programmes have targeted development of specific skills. These include expert programmes in coaching, communication, conflict resolution, leadership, teamwork and cross-cultural awareness.

Leadership Coaching
MDS has a team of more than 20 coaches in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Tokyo, Seoul, Bangkok, Singapore, Mumbai, Chennai, Melbourne, Sydney and London. The team is managed from Hong Kong and supplies coaching for executive, leadership, outplacement, career and cross-cultural development.
