Accreditation: Each ESI project and contract management course serves as a stepping-stone for career development. Through ESI¡¯s academic partner, The George Washington University (GW), students may earn Professional Credentials towards range of Associates, Masters and Advanced Certificates in project management, Contract management and business analysis.

Delivery Options
On-site Training: On-site training gives you and your organization the flexibility to schedule the training you need when it best fits your schedule and workloads. If you have 15 or more people who need to be trained, we can bring ESI¡¯s project management, business analysis or contract management training to your location. Our instructors bring the classroom alive with interactive classroom learning. These subject experts initiate dynamic learning through case studies, team exercises and role-playing. During class, instructors demonstrate how to apply the course principles and techniques in realistic situations. Upon completion of the course, participants leave the classroom with solutions they can apply on the job.
Public Classroom Training: Hands-on professional training can improve performance dramatically. All ESI courses teach state-of-the-art tools, techniques and best practices. Our public courses are offered in Shanghai, Beijing and Hong Kong, giving you additional convenience and flexibility.
