Training is essential to ensure the successful implemention of skills, tools and working systems and thereby to improve one’s working behaviors and results. We have incorporated Follow-up Workshops and Filed Follow-up throughout the development process in order to meet our customer needs. The follow-up workshops is designed to strengthen the overall program and further encure the implementation process in the local offices. Other activities include de-brief meetings with top management, summary report after each step in the training, and regular action plan follow-up.
