Who are we?
We are a Swedish-owned professional training company specializing in Customized Training Solutions that help our customers to build the competencies they need in order to realize their Vision & Goals and live their Corporate Culture. Our headquarters are located in Shanghai, China but we regularly provide training also in India (office opening 2008), Bangladesh, Singapore, Sweden, Turkey and Romania and have a training centre in South of France. Our clients mainly include Fortune 500 and other large international companies such as Adidas, Atlas Copco, General Motors, General Electric, Ericsson, Nokia, BMW, Volkswagen, Volvo, Tetra Pak, AstraZeneca, BASF, BP Ford, Siemens, Fuji-Xerox and about 300 more.

We believe that a training program can only be successful if there is a thorough understanding of the trainees¡¯ business environment and the challenges that they are faced with daily at work. Communication Consulting has built its reputation as the training company that goes one step further in our efforts to conduct in-depth pre-course assessments that ensure that each program you buy from us is 100% relevant every step of the way.

How do we ensure results?
We customize all our training based on a complete understanding of your organization¡¯s core values, corporate culture, leadership values and the performance criteria against which your staff¡¯s performance is being evaluated. We also get to know the specific challenges, competency gaps and development needs your employees are faced with.
We take the time to sit down with you until we have a complete picture of the exact needs and learning objectives of your group. In order to achieve this, we not only involve the HR people of your organization but also conduct interviews with the course participants and sometimes also with their subordinates, managers, co-workers-- and even customers if relevant. When face-to-face interviews with the participants are not possible due to geographical distance, we will either carry out the interviews over the telephone or provide a detailed pre-course questionnaire.
We develop company specific case studies and exercises that support the training objectives and provide a stimulating and authentic environment of creative learning. Hands-on and action oriented learning are our key methods.

What Happens After Training?
Too many training companies only make efforts to evaluate immediate reaction and feedback from the participants while ignoring to investigate whether true learning takes place and makes an impact on your business results. We make sure to conclude each seminar with a detailed action plan on how the skills covered during the course will be put into practice and the ideas and solutions generated can be properly implemented. We provide assessment sheets that help your managers verify that a real change in behavior and results actually takes place and that the goals of each participant are successfully met.

Our gorgeous 17th century Manor House, ¡°Le Manoir des Mandarins¡±, located in the heart of the French Dordogne Valley among hill-top castles, pre-historical caves and amazing greenery. The house is surrounded by its own 10 hectares of land, equally ideal for an active day outdoors as for a lazy day by the swimming pool. You can book this centre either for internal company meetings or for training in Cross-Cultural Communication, Leadership and/or Teamwork.
