Tailored for Busy Executives   Career Contacts for Life
The unique design of the Rutgers International EMBA Program allows you to work full-time and go to school in a very accommodating part-time Program. Courses generally are conducted approximately once a month over a nine-day period. The classes are held all day on two consecutive Saturdays and Sundays, and 3 hours per night for two nights during the intervening week.

The innovative structure of the program allows you to complete a fully-accredited MBA degree in approximately 14 months. The program begins with an intensive 9-day course where the participants and the faculty work together. In addition to the class work, this week is designed to orient the participants to the program and ease the apprehension that is naturally felt for many who have not been students for 10, 15, and maybe even 25 years. After the initial nine days, students feel confident that they can do what is needed to succeed.

The program concludes with a capstone full-time week, when the students focus on strategy and policy issues, using the skills they have learned over the course of the year. Students are organized into teams that work together throughout the entire MBA program. Team members study together, work on projects together, tutor each other, complement each other's weaknesses and capitalize on each other's strengths. If a colleague is forced to miss class because of a business trip or family matter, team members serve as an important resource.

The Rutgers International Executive MBA program draws executives from senior management positions at many of the world's finest companies. This provides for an enhanced learning environment, while the bond established among the participants endures and enriches their professional and personal lives long after the degree is conferred.

As someone who is already working 60 hours a week, you might wonder how you can find the time to complete an MBA degree. Earning such a degree is never easy; the workload is heavy. But the Rutgers International Executive MBA Program makes the experience convenient, enjoyable and personalized.

Graduates also benefit from our Rutgers Business alumni network that is 20,000 people strong and spans the globe, as well as powerful online services that bring our career placement offices to you and a degree that is recognized as one of America's finest.
