The following provides a brief overview of the portion of the language training process

1. Prior to Contract Engagement, discussion with our clients to ensure clear understanding of assumptions and expectations of the client
2. Before the course begins, prepare curriculum and instructional materials as well as pre-test the students’ language skills
3. Instructors deliver the training according to the required administrative procedures and curriculum guidelines
4. During the training, do three Cultural Excursions per week to show the students around the historical spots in China to help the foreign students to know more about the Chinese history
5. After completion of the course, submit all necessary paperwork to our clients, including post-test results
6. Both sides debrief the course and identify areas of success and areas for improvement
