All students can be successful language and culture learners. We understand that ¡°there is no single correct way to teach or to learn¡±. However, we believe that it is necessary to provide students with opportunities to learn in a wide variety of ways, including but not limited to working individually and collaboratively, independently and with teacher assistance, as well as engaging in hands-on activities and the study of examples followed by practice. We ensure small class sizes of no more than six students per teacher. Therefore, instructors should make use of learner-centered approaches to language instruction and customize their approaches based on the students¡¯ specific needs, abilities and learning styles.
